recommendation on PowerBook G4/1.5 17" (Al) hard drive

would like some recommendation of a hard drive for a

PowerBook G4/1.5 17" (Al)

I had a 80 GB Ultra ATA/100 hard drive but it just died and looking for something bigger. Is 160 ultra ata/100 5400rpm the max capacity for a powerbook ?

looked on other site but its so confusing😕... would love some advice.

You can install any 2.5" parallel ATA or ultra ATA (not serial ATA or SATA) hard drive. Unfortunately, the selection is getting slimmer over time, as serial ATA drives are what the industry is using. However, Newegg has these drives that would work. I've bought from them before and recommend them as a vendor, good prices, good shipping.
